Present writ petition has been filed by the informant for the following reliefs: “(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent nos.1 to 3 to produce the progress report of Case Crime No.381 of 2021, under Section 302 IPC, PS SIDCUL, District Haridwar before this Hon’ble Court. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.1 & 2 to change the present investigating officer of Case Crime No.381 of 2021, under Section 302 IPC, PS SIDCUL, District Haridwar.” 4. Learned State Counsel supplied the instructions dated 03.12.2021 to this Court, which are taken on record. On instructions, it is submitted by learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge-sheet has been filed by the investigating agency against the respondent nos.4 & 6, while respondent nos.5, 7 & 8 have been exonerated. 5.
