By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following main reliefs :- "(I). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to make payment of salary to the petitioner to the post of Assistant Teacher regularly each and every month including the arrears of salary with effect from 04.02.2006." It appears that by efflux of time, the petitioner has lost interest in the matter to pursue the case as such this petition has rendered infructuous.
