However, learned Standing Counsel says that the land of the petitioner instead of being acquired has been returned to the petitioner. The petitioner has given an affidavit before the authorities in this regard. The aforesaid documents which have been provided by the Standing Counsel are taken on record, including the affidavit referred hereinabove. If the petitioner has any grievance, he can file an application before the opposite parties. We make it clear that the opposite parties shall not encroach upon the land of the petitioner in any manner. The writ petition is disposed of in view of the statement made by the learned Standing Counsel and documents provided by him.
