Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite party no.1 and Mr. Atul Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for opposite party no.2. 2. In view of the order being passed, notice to opposite party no.3 stands dispensed with. 3. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to College concerned to refund registration fee amounting to Rs.20,500/-, which was deposited by petitioner on 04.07.2023. 4. Learned State Counsel has adverted to the University Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023 as notified on 11.04.2023 to submit that in terms of Regulation 5 thereof, Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) has been formed to which the petitioner can very well approach. The said Regulation also provides for an appeal to the concerned participants. It has been submitted that such a Committee is required to be constituted by the College concerned. 5. Considering aforesaid facts and the Regulations of 2023, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a representation either before the College concerned or to the Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) which may have been constituted in the College concerned. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the aforesaid Committee. In case petitioner is found entitled for the aforesaid amount, actual payment thereof shall be ensured within a period of six weeks thereafter. 6.
