The Tahsildar has issued written instructions, dated 18.01.2025, to the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, which have been placed on record, as per which, it is stated that during the enquiry conducted on 2. 2 09.01.2025, the grievance of the petitioner was considered and attended to and the same has been redressed. The encroachments as alleged in the representations made to them have been amicably resolved in the presence of elders of the village. Since the grievance of the petitioner has now been attended to and 3. resolved, nothing further survives in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. 4.
