Through this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction for the expeditious disposal of Complaint Case No. 85508/2023, titled "Vinayak Fiber Boards Industries Vs. Patliputra Granite and Tiles," pending before Additional Court No. 10, Lucknow. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said complaint, registered as No. 85508/2023, was filed on 02.08.2023. In the complaint, the accused was summoned vide order dated 21.10.2023 for appearing 30.01.2024. In the meantime, the accused was granted bail and since 03.08.2024, the accused is seeking adjournments on one pretext of the other and is not cooperating in the trial. Two exemption applications dated 19.10.2024 and 07.12.2024 filed by respondent no. 2 before the trial court are on record as Annexure No. 4 and 5 to the petition. He lastly prays that the application filed under Section 138 of N.I. Act may be directed to be decided expeditiously in a stipulated time period. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Additional Court No. 10, Lucknow, to decide Complaint Case No. 85508/2023, "Vinayak Fiber Boards Industries Vs.
