By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following main relief :- "(I). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 17.03.2006 passed in appeal and order of punishment dated 31.08.2001 contained as Annexure 1 and 2 to the writ petition." By way of this petition, the petitioner has claimed for all service benefits with retiral dues treating the petitioner's husband to be in continuous service till the age of superannuation. It appears that by efflux of time, the petitioner has lost interest in the matter to pursue the case as such this petition has rendered infructuous.
