Nongpiur, learned counsel for the applicants, who has submitted that in compliance with this Court’s order dated 01.08.2025, the applicants have caused notice to be issued upon Smti. Krishna Borooah to the extent that she is required to be impleaded as party respondent in the proceedings. The noticee has accordingly acknowledged receipt of the said notice. It is prayed that the cause title as far as this application is concerned, may be amended accordingly. 2. Mr. I.
