Sundary who is on record submitting that the proceeding in WP(C) No.279 of 2025 is pending for consideration but there is an interim order and that the interim order is concerned, the Con.Cas(C) No.77 is initiated by the complainant/petitioner. However, once the original proceeding WP(C) No.279 of 2025 is pending for consideration, it does not arise for taking some actions against the respondents/accused in the Con.Cas(C) No.77 of 2025 and it is appeared to be premature. Consequently, the present contempt petition is not survived and disposed it of.
