After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicants has very fairly submitted that though the judgment and order passed by the Writ Court has been complied with but there is some dispute regarding the payment of pension and gratuity for which liberty may be granted to the applicants to challenge the same otherwise, for all practical purposes, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous. As prayed, the present contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous. Notice issued earlier, if any, stand discharged. It is always open for the applicants to avail the remedy, as permissible under the law, if they are still aggrieved.
