The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a suitable order or direction to set-aside the order dated 22.12.2023 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court No.13 Barabanki in application 6 (C) 2 under order 39 of C.P.C. pending in suit No. 1527 of 2023 whereby ex party injunction prayer made by the petitioners was refused. II. Issue a suitable order or direction, thereby direct to opposite party No. 1 to decide the Temporary Injunction Application dated 21.12.2023 under Order 39 pending in Regular Suit No. 1527 of 2023 (Saleem and others Vs Aslam and others) expeditiously within a stipulated time period as this Hon'ble Court may fix. 3. Considering the fact that the applicant prays for disposal of the Temporary Injunction Application, the writ petition is disposed off directing the opposite party no.1 to decide the Temporary Injunction Application dated 21.12.2023 under Order 39 pending in Regular Suit No. 1527 of 2023 (Saleem and others Vs Aslam and others) expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
