LKO162/03/51706/2020 Learned Counsel for the R.E.R.A. submits that 12.02.2025 is the date fixed. We expect that R.E.R.A. would do the needful as per law in the said proceedings and not keep it pending indefinitely. If nothing happens within the next one month at the level of R.E.R.A., it shall be open for the petitioner to approach this Court again. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. The Counsel for R.E.R.A. who is present shall communicate our order to the concerned for compliance in letter and spirit.
