Learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State on written instructions would submit that basing on the report dated 02.04.2019 which was received by the Superintendent of Police, the Police have registered a case vide Crime No.54 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 447, 448, 509 & 506 read with Section 34 IPC and Sections 3(1)(g), 3(1)(r), & 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and investigating into the same against the unofficial respondent Nos.7 to 14. 3. In view of the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, the purpose of Writ Petition has been served and therefore, no further orders are required in the present Writ Petition. 4 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed at the stage of admission itself. No order as to costs.
