The dispute appears in this case is that petitioner's name, mobile number and email has not been registered in portal probably on a ground of dispute of Committee of Management. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that if petitioner files an application with requisite document, it shall be considered by State-respondents. 4. Considering above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in case petitioner moves an application for said grievance with requisite documents that she is entitled for such change before Secretary, U.P.
