The petitioner alleges apprehension of demolition of his house existing on Gata No. 904 which is recorded as 'Banjar' land. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel says that proceedings are going on against the petitioner in respect of 'Banjar' land, however, so far as the house of the petitioner is concerned, this is not on 'Banjar' land rather this is on 'Abadi' land and with regard to the house of the petitioner no proceedings are being taken. 4.
