Based on some replenishment study the quantity of minerals in the mining area have reduced and a report thereof was submitted. Based on which the District Magistrate, Gorakhpur has written to the Director, Mining Govt. of U.P., Lucknow for making necessary changes in the quantity by making necessary changes in the portal. The matter is pending at the level of Director i.e. opposite party no. 2 herein. 3. Let the opposite party no. 2 take necessary action as may be required in law in pursuance to the communication of the District Magistate, Gorakhpur dated 30.09.2024 and 22.11.2024 contained in Annexure Nos. 6 and 7 at the earliest, say, within a period of six weeks unless there is any legal impediment in which case he shall communicate the same to the District Magistrate, Gorakhpur as also the petitioner. 4.
