Learned State Counsel made a statement at Bar on instruction that after investigation, charge- sheet has been submitted against the petitioners on 14.03.2022, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it has become infructuous. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he would challenge the said charge- sheet in the appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. 5. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 6. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
