This is the fourth bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.2972 of 2021, was dismissed as withdrawn on 18.10.2022. The second bail application, being BA2 No.319 of 2022, was rejected on 28.03.2023. The third bail application, being BA3 No.28 of 2024, was also dismissed as withdrawn on 08.04.2024. 2 3. Having considered, this Court does not see any new ground, which may entitle the applicant to bail. Accordingly, the bail application deserves to be rejected. 4. The bail application is rejected.
