Nongkynrih, GA [For R5] After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of this application [MC(WA) No. 78 of 2025] for clarification or modification of our judgment and order dated 3rd July, 2025 by making the following changes: In the second and third lines of the last paragraph of internal page 12 of the said order “respondent authorities” shall be substituted by “authority designated or nominated by the Ministry of Defence, New Delhi, in accordance with the applicable rules.” The same alteration will be made by replacing “respondent authorities” at lines 4 and 5 of the said paragraph and at line 2 of the first paragraph of internal page 13 of the order. The time stipulated for compliance or implementation of the said order shall be three months from today. The judgment and order dated 3rd July, 2025 is modified to the above extent only. (W.
