This delayed appeal has been filed by the appellant against the judgment and order dated 07.11.2024 passed by III- Additional Principal Judge, Family Curt, Lakhimpur Kheri in Case No. 255 of 2024 : Sheerth Gupta Vs. July Gupta alias Shristhi Gupta, under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, by which the appellant/husband was directed to pay sum of Rs.2000/- per month to respondent no.1/wife towards maintenance from the date of filing application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (Application No. 12Ga). 3. Office has reported delay of four days in filing the present appeal. 4. We have gone through the affidavit filed in support of application for condonation of delay and we find that reasons given therein are sufficient. 5. Accordingly, application for condonation of delay is allowed. Delay in filing the present appeal is condoned. (Order on Memo of the Appeal) 6. We have gone through the impugned order passed by III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Lakhimpur Kheri dated 07.11.2024 and we do not find any illegality or factual infirmity in the order impugned, till such time that the respondent no.1/wife is actually not divorced and shall continue to be wife of the appellant. 7.
