The petitioners claim to have been granted some patta for agricultural purposes way back in 2010, and also that the name of the petitioner was mutated in the revenue records based on some order passed in 2010. This petition has been filed after 15 years. We do no know as to who has been in possession and what rights have been created in the interregnum, therefore, we see no reason to interfere in the matter, but leave it open for the petitioners to approach the opposite party no. 3, who may get the facts verified and consider the claim of the petitioners, unless there is any legal impediment. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
