Petition has been filed challenging order dated 26.12.2024 as well as a direction to opposite parties to consider petitioner's case for grant of affiliation for conduct of B-Pharma Course for the academic session 2024-25. Learned counsel for opposite party no. 3 on the basis of instructions submits that petitioner is misconceived since their no decision with regard to petitioner affiliation has been taken till date by the University since the relevant report to be submitted by the Committee constituted by the District Magistrate is yet awaited. In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh as and when the cause of action arises.
