Shri Kumar Ayusha, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.3 to 5 points out that the instant petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the respondents to give honorarium for the months of January and February, 2019. In the supplementary affidavit a specific averment is made in the para 5 of the petition that the honorarium amount of Rs.20,000/- for the months of January and February, 2019 has been credited in the bank account of the petitioner. Considering that the relief as prayed for in the petition has been granted by the respondents themselves as such the petition is disposed of taking the short counter affidavit on record.
