Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State of U.P. and perused the record. 2. The present application has been filed by the applicant with the following main relief:- "To quash the entire proceedings of against Summoning order dated 09.10.2024 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow in case No. 96927/2024, in Crime no. 0049/2024, U/S- 281, 324(2), 105 B.N.S. (Old Section- 279, 426, 304 I.P.C.) at Police Station- Gautam Palli, District- Lucknow, (State Versus Kaja Maneesh) as well as Charge Sheet No. 01 dated 01.10.2024 respectively to this application." 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant may be permitted to move discharge application before the court concerned, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 4. To the aforesaid, there is no objection. 5. Accordingly, the instant application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to prefer an application for discharge before the Court concerned, which shall be considered and decided by the trial Court expeditiously, in accordance with law, by means of reasoned and speaking order. 6.
