Learned counsel for the State submits that after investigation, the charge-sheet has been submitted on 21.05.2022 against the petitioner nos.1, 2 and 3 while petitioner nos.4, 5 and 6 have been exonerated on 14.05.2022. 4. This fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 5. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, nothing remains to be decided in this present petition. The same is dismissed as infructuous. 6. However, it is open to the charge- sheeted petitioners to challenge the charge- sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 7.
