The present writ petitions have been filed for following reliefs;- “a. For a direction upon the respondent authorities particularly respondent no. 1 to show-cause as to why the case being S.A. No. 98/2023 [W.P.(C) No.1993 of 2024] and S.A. No. 37/2023 [W.P.(C) No.2937 of 2025] are pending before the respondent no. 1 is not being decided despite the fact that the interim orders against the petitioner have been passed on 07.12.2023 and on 01.05.2023; b. For a direction upon the respondent no. 1 to immediately and expeditiously decide the case being S.A. No. 98/2023 [W.P.(C) No.1993 of 2024] and S.A. No. 37/2023 [W.P.(C) No.2937 of 2025] without any further adjournments or delay;” 2. Specific query has been raised whether the Tribunal is functioning or not. In this regard it has been submitted that the Tribunal is functional since Monday i.e. 04.08.2025. 3. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petitions with a direction upon the Tribunal to decide the matter in time bound manner as prescribed under the law. 4. In view of the above factual matrix and submission of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petitions are hereby disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to pursue their remedy before the concerned Tribunal and the Tribunal is directed to decide the issue within time frame as stipulated in the law. 5.
