Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(1.) To issue an order or direction to decide the original suit no 28 of 2012, Rakesh Kumar Srivastava VS Algoo pending since 9.01.2012 before Civil Judge (J.D) court 4 Faizabad contained as Annexure no 1 to this petition. (2). To issue an order or direction to decide the Application under order 39 Rule 1 &2 C.P.C pending in original suit no 28 of 2012, Rakesh Kumar Srivastava VS Algoo, since 4.01.2025 before Civil Judge (J.D) court 4 Faizabad contained as Annexure no 4 to this petition." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid suit in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 4. Interim application filed by the petitioner shall be considered and decided positively within a period of four weeks.
