Pali Distt. Hardoi date 21.12.2024 contained as annexure No.1 or the Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners, says that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as such.
