The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 15.12.2023, whereby, the request of the petitioner for transfer of arms license was rejected. 3. Learned Standing Counsel states that an appeal lies against the said order. 4. Upholding the objection of the learned Standing Counsel, it is provided that if the petitioner prefer an appeal within four weeks from today, the same shall be entertained and decided in accordance with law. It is made clear that the appeal shall not be dismissed on the ground of limitation. 5. The writ petition is disposed off in the above terms.
