The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “ i. quash the FIR dated 17.06.2022 of crime No. 198/2022, registered at Police Station - Pathhalgaon, District - Jashpur(C.G.) registered u/s 420 of IPC and entire Challan no. 273/2022, filed u/s 420 of IPC at Police Station - Pathhalgaon, District - Jashpur (C.G.) (Annex.P-1); and ii. quash the impugned order of taking cognizance of offence u/s 420 of IPC, dated 17.12.2024, passed in criminal case no. 1077/2024 (Annex. P-2) pending before the learned JMFC, Pathhalgaon, District Jashpur (C.G.) in the interest of justice” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition stating that in the present matter, charges have already been framed against the petitioner and the same needs to be challenged further. 4.
