The present application has been filed seeking bail in Case Crime No. 305 of 2024, under Section 307 IPC, Police Station- Bilgram, District- Hardoi. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press the bail application and prays that the trial may be expedited. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the aforesaid prayer of learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the record. On due consideration to the fact that the report of the learned trial court dated 27.5.2025 which shows that till 27.5.2025, PW- 1 has not appeared, although process was issued. The incident is of 13.06.2024. Not even a single prosecution witness has been examined so far. In view of the above, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and record the statement of fact witnesses preferably, within a period of eight months.
