01. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner, when confronted with the maintainability of the instant petition, seeks withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedy before the Deputy Commissioner, Budgam.
02. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would feel satisfied, if the respondents are directed to treat the instant petition as representation on
behalf of the petitioners by according due consideration thereon within some reasonable time frame in accordance with law.
03. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the material on record.
04. Since the instant petition is not maintainable, the same is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the dismissal of writ petition shall not come in the way of petitioner to seek appropriate remedy by way of filing representation before Deputy Commissioner, Budgam, who shall accord consideration to the same strictly in accordance with law.
