Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly the opposite party No.2 to 4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 27.12.2023, contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition, by speaking and reasoned order keeping in view the welfare of the petitioner as well as other Ration card holders of village Naushahara, Tehsil Mahasi, District Bahraich as well as para-10 (Kha) & (Gha) of the Government order dated 17.08.2002." 3. Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that a final order has already been passed whereby, the security deposit was forfeited and a warning was issued to the fair price shop license holder. 4. The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that the said order was obtained by placing incorrect facts and was contrary to law. 5. Considering the said submissions, the representation would not be a cure for setting aside, the order passed against the fair price shop license holder, the remedy of the petitioner is to take appropriate steps in terms of the Government Order dated 05.08.2019. 6.
