The present contempt application has been filed alleging disobedience of order dated 18.09.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-A No.7990 of 2024. 3. In pursuance of earlier order dated 07.07.2025, Sri Abhishek Kumar Srivastava, Advocate holding brief of Sri Satish Chandra 'Kashish' filed affidavit of compliance duly sworn by Sri Vaibhav Tripathi, Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Sitapur/respondent no.1, which is taken on record. He informed that pursuant to the direction issued by writ court, decision has been taken on 25.07.2025. He further submits that the order of writ court has been complied with. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute this fact. 5. Considering the contents of the order of writ Court as well as the affidavit of compliance filed by respondent no.1, this Court is of the view that since the direction issued by the writ court has already been complied with therefore, the present contempt application has lost its efficacy. 6.
