Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submits that the Investigating Agency concerned has closed the case registered vide FIR No. 12/2019 registered in Police Station, Baramulla , which is the subject matter of the present Petition before this Court and, as such, he has instructions not to pursue this case any further.
In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, this Petition shall stand disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand
disposed of, accordingly.
