ORDER:- This Cr'lminaI Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the BNSS, has been filed by the petitioners/A2 & A3, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.162 of 2024 of Tada Police Station, Tirupathi District. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioners herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w \ 2 20(b)(Ii)(C) of the'' Narcotic Drugs and psychotropjc substances Act,1985 (for short tthe NDPS Act'). 3. The brl'effacts of the case are that on o7.ll.2024, upon receI|Vl'ng credible information, the sub-Inspector of poll-Ce, along wI'th his staff and mediators, while conducting rat-d near Sri Cl'ty zero point of Tada MandaI, found Al to A4 in possessI'On of 20.8 kgs of ganja. The contraband was seized under the cover of mediators report and a case has been regI'Stered agal'nst the accused. 4. Heard. perusedtherecord. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioners/A2 and A3 submits that they, along with the other accused, were apprehended wI'th the contraband on o7.ll.2024. lt I-S further submI-tted that the facts of the present petI-tI'Oners are on the same footl-ng as those of Al and A4, who were granted ba" by this court I-n Crl.P. Nos. 9474 of 2024 and 867 of 2025. Upon perusal of the orders, thl-s court I-S Of the vI'eW that the facts of the present petitioners are indeed on the same footing as those of Al and A4, The learned Assistant publl'c prosecutor has not dl-sputed these facts. consI'derl'ng the facts of the case in the same terms, this court js / 3 r/ inclined to grant bail to the petitioners/A2 and A3, subject to the following conditions: (i) The petitioners/A2 and A3 shall be released on bail on their executing personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Nellore, SPSR NeIIore District. (ii) After release, the petitioners/A2 and A3 shall appear before the station House Offl6er concerned, once in a week i.e. on every Saturday between 10,00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet. (iii) That the petitioners/A2 and A3 are directed not to hamper the investigation and tamper with the prosecution witnesses and they shall cooperate with the investigation. 6.
