This petition seeks issuance of a writ for quashing the F.I.R. dated 18.10.2024 bearing Case Crime No.0678 of 2024, under Sections 3(2)(v), 3(2)(va) & 3(1)(Da) of S.C./S.T. Act and Section 351(2), 352, 115(2) B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali City, District Hardoi. Vide order dated 15.01.2025, the matter was sent to the Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of compromise entered between the parties. We have gone through the report of Senior Registrar dated 18.01.2025. He has verified the compromise between the petitioners and the opposite party No.4. This writ petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioners as well as the opposite party No.4 to file necessary application before the Investigating Officer/Station House Officer, Police Station Kotwali City, District Hardoi within a week from today. If such an application is filed, the Station House Officer, Police Station Kotwali City, District Hardoi shall take an appropriate decision and file a necessary report before the court concerned within a period of one week thereafter. Till filing of the report before the court concerned and till the court concerned takes decision, the petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R.
