As regards the petitioner No.1, it is the Committee of Management of Nursing Institute in Madhya Pradesh. It has no locus standi to claim registration of its student with the opposite party no.2 in U.P. Individual nurses, who are qualified, can raise such a claim such as the petitioner no.2. 3. Counsel for the opposite party no.2 says that there is no difficulty in considering the application of petitioner no.2 for registration by the opposite party no.2 but as per rules and law on the subject. 4. In view of the aforesaid, let the application of petitioner no.2 be considered by the opposite party no.2 as per law expeditiously and while doing so, judgment dated 24.01.2024 passed in Writ-C No. 4866 of 2033 : Km. Priyanka Halwai Vs. State of U.P. and others, shall be taken into consideration along with such other judgments, rules and orders, which may be applicable. 5. Subject to above, the writ petition insofar as petitioner no.2 is concerned, is disposed of, however, the writ petition insofar as petitioner no.1 is concerned, is dismissed on the ground of absence of locus standi. .
