Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Civil Judge (J.D.) North, Unnao to dispose of the Application Under Order 7 Rule 11 by the petitioner in the Civil Suit No. 470 of 2019, Om Prakash and another Vs. A.Y.M. Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application under Order 7 Rule 11 with all expedition, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
