This petition seeks of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the First Information Report dated 10.11.2024 bearing Case Crime No.0622 of 2024, under Section 123, 64 B.N.S. Police Station Kotwali City, District-Pratapgarh. Learned A.G.A. on instructions states that in this case Final Report has been sent to the supervisory authority on 24.12.2024 and the same is pending for consideration. Learned counsel for petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate remedy against the Final Report before the supervisory authority. If petitioner has any grievance in respect of final report petitioner can express it by way of application before the supervisory authority within a period of ten days' from today, who shall consider the same and take decision in the matter in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid, the writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn.
