The petitioner through the medium of the instant petition has challenged the detention Order No.DMS/PSA/08/2024 dated 20.04.2024.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that the impugned order of detention has been executed on 23.04.2024 .
In view of the above, the impugned order of detention has outlived its life and the petition has been rendered infructuous. The same is accordingly
disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the petitioner from the custody, if not already released and if not involved in any other case.
