1. Mr. Asgar, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the candidature of the petitioner as well as other 8 candidates were considered and they were not found eligible, therefore, their candidatures were rejected. He would further submit that the process of allotment of the dealership of retail Digitally signed by REKHA SINGH
-2- outlet was closed. He would contend that the petitioner may participate in the further advertisement, if any issued.
2. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to revive his prayer if cause of action survives.
3. No objection from other side.
4. Permission is granted.
5. With the liberty as prayed for, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
