Present petition has been filed alleging that Gata No.293 is record as Banjar and Chak Road, which is said to be encroached by growing agricultural produce. 2. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that appurtenant to the land belonging to the petitioner, no chak road is earmarked and the other chak road alleged to be encroached is also free from any encroachment. The said instructions are taken on record. 3. Respondents-authorities are directed to ensure that there are no encroachment on the chak road in the future also. 4.
