The petitioners claim to have their houses on land bearing Gata No. 530(ख) which according to them is a abadi land and alleged that the Gram Pradhan is undertaking the construction of a road (interlocking Khadayinja) on the said Gata, though, in the map, the raasta is mentioned on Gata No. 111. These are not matters amenable to writ jurisdiction. The petitioners may approach the concerned authority or seek remedy before the Civil or Revenue Court, as the case may be. At this stage, it is said that some suit is already pending. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with the liberty aforesaid.
