The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief :- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties no. 1 to 3 to recover the ornaments as well as Rs. 41,000/- cash (Rupees Forty-One Thousand Only) from the opposite parties no. 4 & 5 which has been taken away by the opposite party no. 4 since it belongs to petitioner no. 2 and as is her 'Istridhan'. Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing at some length, prays that this writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
