The petitioners being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent authority, by which land of the petitioners were acquired for construction of road without following due procedure of acquisition and without awarding any amount of compensation, have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, the Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record relating to the petitioner's case. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased issue an appropriate direction ог writ against the respondent to indicate the proceeding for compensation and concluded it within stipulated period. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased issue an appropriate direction or writ against the respondents to award the compensation against the petitioners land, in which the road has been constructed by the respondent No. 3 10.4 That, the Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased issue an appropriate direction ог writ against the respondents to pay the damages, interest, to the petitioner for illegal encroachment. 10.5 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case to the petitioner.”

2. Perusal of the letter dated 11.05.2018 would show that road was constructed over earlier road and no private land was acquired. The petitioners could not produce any document to demonstrate that their lands or any part of their lands were used for construction of road. 3. Taking into consideration the letter dated 11.05.2018 and the documents annexed along with present writ petition, no case is made out for interference. 4. Accordingly, this petition fails and is hereby dismissed at the admission stage itself. Sd/-
