Hemchandra, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner; and Mr. Th. Vashum, learned G.A. appearing for the respondents. At the outset, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner approached the concerned authorities of the State Government by filing a representation dated 04.09.2025 for redressing the grievances raised by him in the said writ petition and that the said representation is pending for consideration and disposal by the authorities. It has also been submitted by the learned senior counsel that the petitioner will be satisfied if the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the Administrative Secretary (Education-S), Government LAIRENM AYUM INDRAJE ET SINGH Digitally signed by LAIRENMAYUM INDRAJEET SINGH Date: 2025.09.25 17:21:59 +05'30' Page 2 of Manipur and the Director of Education (S), Government of Manipur, to consider the said representation dated 04.09.2025 submitted by the petitioner on its own merit and strictly in terms of the applicable rules and to dispose of the same by issuing a speaking order within a stipulated period. Mr. Th. Vashum, learned G.A. appearing for the respondents, fairly submitted that as the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is confined to the consideration and disposal of the representation submitted by him, he has no objection in disposing of the writ petition as prayed for by the learned senior counsel. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Court is of the considered view that it will be in the interest of justice to issue the following directions:- (i) The Administrative Secretary (Education-S), Government of Manipur and the Director of Education(S), Government of Manipur are hereby directed to consider the fresh representation dated 04.09.2025 submitted by the petitioner on its own merit and strictly in terms of the applicable rules and to dispose of the same by issuing a speaking order. Page 3 (ii) It is made clear that both exercises should be completed within a period of 3(three) months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition as well as the connected application are hereby disposed of. JUDGE Indrajeet
