By said order, appeal filed by respondent No. 5 against suspension of his fair price shop license, was remanded back to the District Magistrate to reconsider the matter after hearing respondent No. 5. 4. This Court do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order. 5. Stand taken by respondent No. 5 in his appeal was that he was not heard by the District Magistrate while suspending his license, therefore, the Commissioner rightly remanded the matter to take decision afresh after hearing him. 6. Thus, writ petition fails and is dismissed. 7. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
