The learned counsel contended that, in the writ petition, an interim order was sought to stay the operation and execution and all further proceedings including change - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-K:3699-DB WA No. 200163 of 2025 of revenue entries pertaining to land Sy.No.206/*/3, measuring 02 acres 17 guntas situated at Talikoti, District Vijayapura in pursuance of the impugned order dated 25.04.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent, at Annexure-H to the writ petition, but, no stay was granted. He contended, there is likelihood of entering the name of respondent No.1 in the revenue records along with the appellant. 3. The learned Single Judge has not declined or refused to pass an interim order, on the other hand, issued emergent notice to the respondents. The writ petition is pending, hence, it is open for the appellant to move the learned Single Judge for appropriate orders. 4. The writ appeal is disposed of.
