Present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the recovery notice dated 11.11.2024. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent/Bank, on instruction, states that an amount of Rs.9,00,000/- is pending and payable by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some time to pay the said amount. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off providing that the recovery shall not be pressed against the petitioner subject to the petitioner depositing Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 26.02.2025. 5. The balance amount of Rs.8,00,000/- shall be paid by the petitioner in six quarterly installments. Meaning thereby, the first installment of Rs.1,33,000/- shall be paid by 31.05.2025, second installment of Rs.1,33,000/- by 31.08.2025, third installment of Rs.1,33,000/- by 30.11.2025, fourth installment of Rs.1,33,000/- by 28.02.2026, fifth installment of Rs.1,33,000/- by 31.05.2026, and sixth and the last installment shall be paid by 31.08.2026, which shall include the remaining balance, overdue interest and any other charges. 6. In case any scheme is floated by the respondent/Bank for settlement, the petitioner would be at liberty to apply for settlement which shall be considered as per the scheme. 7. In case of default in paying any of the amount, the present order shall automatically come to an end and the respondent/Bank would be at liberty to press the recovery in accordance with law.
